We had the best stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even texted us before our stay to see if there was anything we needed. The hotel itself was clean and lovely, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We especially loved the European vibe and charm. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the Stanford campus and the nearby outdoor mall and downtown Palo Alto. There were also some amazing restaurants just a short walk away. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation options, and staff made our stay absolutely fantastic.
